We can use a hundredth chart to represent 1%.
Each small square represents 1/100 of 1%,
which we can write as 1/100%, or 0.01%.
To represent 1/5 of 1% or 1/5% on the hundredths chart,
shade 1/5 of the chart, which is 20 squares.
Since 1 small square is 0.01%, then 20 small squares
are 0.20% or 0.2%

We can write this percent as a decimal.
0.2%=0.2/100=2/1000=0.002


I don’t get what it means because I think it is supposed to be 0.20
