Because we needs light to see anything in our surrounding. This same thing implies for mirror also. In this case there is nothing without light to reflect with mirrors and get back to our eyes to see.

No. I order to see anything at all there must be some amount of light. That said, there are few places in one’s day to day that actually have no light. Even deep into cave complexes there is trace amounts of measurable light bouncing around. Absolute darkness is so rare in fact that when you are in it there is a rather disconcerting feeling that it is thick like a fog or that it has more mass than regular darkness despite the exact opposite being the truth.
