X-rays cannot be seen with the naked eyes.

  • X-rays are a part of the electromagnetic spectrum where the different EM waves are arranged in order of increasing wavelength.
  • The wavelength range of X-rays is around 1 pm to 1 nm. The range of wavelength of visible light is 400 nm to 750 nm.
  • The wavelength of X-rays does not fall anywhere near the visible range and hence cannot be seen with naked eyes.
