For preparing a document proper and systematic planning is obligatory. It is  need to be worked out  work  how you will reach and win new customers by producing a document that may be technical project report, Techno economic feasibility report, Assignment work document and many more.

There are a number of activities that are involved to prepare a report that are to me implemented to prepare and submit the report in tight target date fixed by the client.

So, proper and systematic time schedule and planning report is compulsory.  Your marketing plan should be the reference document you use as a basis to quality, promoting your product help and  build the right image and so on.
