we don't realize when someone touches our hair from back. why? Give scientific research ​

Hair is completely made up of dead cells which don't have any connection with the nervous system of the body,so the sense of touching will not be notable untill it is seen through our eyes.So only if someone touches our hair from back we don't realise wheather the touch has taken place.

Hair doesn't contain nerve ending. However, hair follicles, which are located in the dermis, are surrounded by touch receptors. That's why you can feel it if someone or something touches your hair. If it's a friend stroking your ponytail, you'll be pleased
