Lactobacillus is a healthy bacteria. Bacteria is often thought with a negative connotation, however, this is not totally true. In my article, Gut Check…Probiotics exposed I go into further detail on how this good bacteria is healthy to us.
Good bacteria has been under intense scrutiny in many clinical studies. In all of the studies published I’ve come across healthy bacteria/probiotics aid in mood, heart health, weight management, and many more benefits.
ALL fermented foods contain probiotics like lactobacillus, and they help your body to have more good bacteria. Your ratio of good to bad bacteria affects how your overall health.
