Dear I think u want it's explantation.

So these are the words that wants to ensure us that the very drop we consume and use is safe.

The water in packaged bottle,the water u give to plants,the household supply water are pure and hygenic.

It could be said by water purifying authorities.

Nowadays water is purified with new methods like reverse osmosis,uv,tds etc.
