1 tbspn oil
1 tspn mustard seeds
1 tspn channa dal
1 tspn urad dal
Peanuts
1 green chilli
2 dreid red chilli
Curry leaves
1/2 tspn turmeric powder
Salt as per the taste

Method
1 In a pan add oil. Once the oil is heated add mustard seeds, urad dal, channa dal, peanuts and cook it untill thr dal and peanuts turns slightly brown.
2 Then add green chillies, red chillies, curry leaves, turmeric powder and sautee it for about a min.
3 Then add cooked rice and give it a mix. Finally add salt as per the taste and give a gentle mix
4 Then garnish it some chopped coriander and mix it.
5 Your Raw Mango rice is ready.
