we get both milk and eggs from animals eggs are considered as non veg but milk is veg why

eggs are considered to be non veg because there is an embryo present in them ,that is an living organism is present in it
whereas in milk there is no such living factor present in it
that is why an egg is non veg whereas milk is veg
