Muscle Cramps are caused because muscle in our body don't get sufficient oxyen to respire aerobically so intead they respire anaerobically in which Lactic Acid is produced which caused muscle cramp

we get muscle cramps after heavy exercise due to build up of lactic acid in our muscles this happens because the muscles do not get enough oxygen so they produce lactic acid to get recovery from it get a hot steamy bath or gentle massage on the area
