The question states that the many orders were declined because of  less production which was held up due to shortage of labour.

• This is a common problem now a days in almost every company i.e. shortage of labour.
• Without out sufficient labour, production cannot be done and without production no sales of product to the company and in-turn we cannot supply tot he orders already taken.
• This results in huge loss and reputation of the company.
