We have a 30 W-6 V bulb which we want to glow by a supply of 120 V. What will have to be done for it?

P=VI
I=P/V
I=30/6
I=5 Amp.




now , by ohms law , we have.
V=IR
R=V/I
R=120/5
R=24ohm..
