Malleability is the property of the metal by which it can be beaten into thin sheets. For example; aluminium can be used to make foils or protective sheets similarly gold can also be beaten into sheets.
Ductility is the property of metal by which it can drawn into wires. For example; copper is used to make wires, gold is used to make ornament i.e. gold chains.
