Answer: We have at last achieved our political emancipation.

This statement means that at last we have attained our freedom. We have got political freedom and will not be oppressed. We have freedom from the restrictions and from those inhumane laws created by whites. We have a new government which is democratic and non-racial which won't restrict us anymore.

This statement was said by Nelson Mandela during his inaugural speech.
