we have learnt excess intake of fats is harmful for the body what about other nutrients would it be harmful for the body to take too much of carbohydrates proteins or vitamins in the diet

Yes! Too much intake of protein is called hyperprotemia which can be caused due to more than desired requirement of protein it can cause kidney damage , dehydration etc.When you consume more protein than your bodyneeds, the excess protein is used to provide your body with energy or turned into fat.
