Answer:

Hi. Let's understand it specifically.

High Protein : If you are following a high protein diet, it may help you in weight loss but only on a short term basis. Excess protein is usually stored as fat while the surplus of amino acids is excreted. This can lead to weight gain over time, especially if you consume too many calories while trying to increase your protein intake. Plus it will cause bad breath, diarrhea, kidney stones, constipation, calcium loss, heart disease and increases cancer risks.

(The recommend Protein intake is 0.8 gm per pound of bodyweight for normal adult and 1 - 2 gm per pound of bodyweight)

High Carbs : Carbohydrate-rich foods are a great source of energy, and many of them provide vitamins and minerals your body needs for good health. Overconsumption of it may lead to obesity, Type 2 Diabetes, dental caries, increases the risk of heart diseases etc.

(The recommend Carbohydrates is 1 gm per bodyweight if you are consuming low carbs and 2 gms per bodyweight if you are consuming high carbs)

High Fat : Fats are important for fat loss. Overconsumption of Fats may lead to over 50 different health problems including overweight, heart disease, diabetes, depression, and will shorter your lifespan.

(When you consume your protein and carbs the rest calories will come from fats)

So consuming all the three will surely give someone obesity, heart disease, diabetes, cancer, depression and the list is so on.

To sum up, a person consuming excess of Protein, Fats and Carbohydrates will lead to early death by major health diseases. Hope it may help a bit.
