The audible range for humans is 20Hz to 20000Hz so sounds with frequencies low than 20Hz and greater than 20000Hz can't be heard by humans.

Dogs can hear sounds of frequencies lower than 20Hz

Whales can hear sounds of frequencies greater than 20000Hz

All animals have different audible ranges.

Yes, it is true that every vibrating body produces sound but not every sound is heard by us because either the vibrating body vibrates too slowly or it vibrates too fast.

Humans can hear sound of frequencies between 20 hertz and 20000 hertz which means that any vibrating body that vibrates less than 20 times a second or more than 20000 times a second cannot be heard by us.
