Answer:this happens because if baby's stomach is full food and stomach acid can flow back up his food pipe. This may cause the baby to vomit which brings out the milk in thickened form which looks like curd

Milk reacts to both the stomach acid and the enzyme renin, causing it to curdle. Infants usually vomit some of the milk they drink mainly because of over-consumption.

As the milk enters the gastrointestinal tract, it reacts with the acid present in the stomach and gets curdled or coagulated. Another reason for this is the presence of the milk protein digesting enzyme called rennin, which is primarily found in infants, this enzyme is also responsible for the coagulation of milk.

Thus, both the acid and the enzyme contribute to the curdling of the milk in infants.
