Now,

price of spoon=Rs. 0.25

We have 20 rupees so let's use trial n error method ....

2 spoons =Rs. 0.50

+15 cups =Rs. 7.50

+3 glasses =Rs. 12.00

Hence, we have 20 utensils in 20 rupees.
