we have to take out energy consumed then we take out in joules then why we sometimes take hr to take out enrgy consumed

Joule is a smaller unit for energy so we use KWh which is a much bigger unit and is generally used as commercial unit of energy.

1KWh = 3.6 ×10^6 J
