we have two identical metal sheet one of them is rubbed with sand paper and the other with ordinary paper. which metal sheet will shine more. explain the reason

when the sheet is rubbed with sand paper the surface becomes more smooth and reflects more light therefore it will shine more

ordinary paper reflector more because due to interfaction, light intensity reflect more light so it reflect more.
