we just had our practicals were we were required to heat ice and record it's temprature .as heat was being supplied temp started increasing even though ice was present in the container but. we have a rule of latent heat of fusion that till all ice mealts, temp will not increase which makes sense if, heat transfer is kept in mind. i.e as water heats ice absorbs it's heat and the temp reamains constant
