we know that 2 root 3 and 3 root 3 are 2 irrational and even 2 root 3 + 3 root 3 is also irrational but why product of 2 root 3 and 3 root 3 is rational because we know that addition of two irrational is irrational, product of two irrationals is also irrational so how come 2 root 3 into 3 becomes rational

Here is ur answer....

We know that the addition and multiplication of two irrational nos. is an irrational no. but many times their addition and multiplication can be a rational no.

Example:

1) (-2√5) + (2√5)
= 0

2) 2√5 × 3√5
= 30

when we multiply 2√3 and 3√3 so the Product becomes 18 and root is replaced so the product of 2√3 and 3√3 is a rational no.
