Before answering know that many questions can be framed bcz there are infinite numbers
Some of them are
30/7 + 19/7
(49.34535 - 0.34535)/7
69/9 - 2/3
53/8 + 0.375
& (450/16 - 0.125)/4

450/16=28.125
subtracting 0.125 from 28.125 we get 28
then 28/4=7
