Alcohol is acidic in nature it's true.

But alcohol is not an acid it shows only acidic nature and the alcohol is made up of weak acid not an strong acid if it is made up of strong acid then our mouth became damaged due to the highly acidic nature and alcohol is a weak acid so we can drink it it doesn't damage our mouth too much but it damage is from inside because it is a acid that's not matter it is weak or strong acid so alcohol tastes bitter not sour.
