Math, asked by mynameispratim, 9 months ago

We know that all prime numbers satisfy, 6n+1 or 6n-1.

But 253, which is NOT a prime number also satisfy the rule:

6n+1=253;

6n=252;

n=252/6;

n=42.

Can someone please tell me what I am missing?
