We know that an electric current through a metallic conductor

produces a magnetic field around it. Explain giving reason

whether a similar magnetic field will be produced around a thin

beam of moving (i) alpha particles, (ii) neutrons. Name the rule

applied to determine the direction of magnetic field produced

around a current carrying straight conductor.

Current element produce magnetic field around out
The expression is given by two laws
1.biot savart law
2.ampere circuital
By using these two laws we can find the magnitude of Tha magnetic field
And the direction can be find out by right hand rule or left hand thumb rule
