We know that cancer is a non-infectious disease, that is it doesn't spread from one person to another by contact. I asked my teacher if cancer could spread through blood transmission and she said no. She added that cancer has an initial as well as a final stage. In the initial stage, the cells of a particular part of our body reproduce rapidly and form a bulging. And in the final stage, the cells will scrape off from the bulging and spread to all parts of our body through blood. So my question is, can cancer spread to another person by receiving the blood of an infected person who is in the final stage?

Public relations (PR) is the process of maintaining a favorable image and building beneficial relationships between an organization and the public communities, groups, and people it serves. Unlike advertising, which tries to create favorable impressions through paid messages, public relations does not pay for attention and publicity.
