1)it may introduce some undsireable chrachters.
2)there is wastage of pollens grains.
3)there will be distance problem between plants...
4)there must be some other genetic chrachter in new plant due to cross pollination which is ADVANTAGE as well as DISADVANTAGE for a plant......
