Yes we can run fast but we also have to remember that if there will be no friction between shoe Nd ground we will be going on forever

as you know friction is both a boon and Bane so if friction is reduced between our shoes and ground is minimised then we won't be able to give the ground for example on a marbled surface you put some water and try to run on that surface in that case friction is very less between your shoes and the ground but you cannot increase your speed because when you will try to run on the floor as there is no good you will slide on the floor and will fall down so it is not necessary that friction in all cases should be minimised
