● There are patterns found around the globe where certain areas experience higher air pressure and other areas experience lower air pressure. These differences in pressure are typically related to temperature, since air molecules behave differently in cold versus warm temperatures.

Answer:

A low pressure system is a large mass of air that is rising due to warmer land or water below it. ... As the air continues to cool, the water vapor may condense into some form of precipitation. Low pressure systems tend to result in unsettled weather, and may present clouds, high winds, and precipitation.
