we know that motion is relative means we need a frame of reference to say one is at motion or at rest.
We also know that the particles of matter are always in continuous motion.
Now, tell how can it be possible because in the case of motion of particles we can easily say that they are moving or at motion, here we don't need any observer. And if it is so, then it is opposing the definition of motion.

Answer:

Because when in motion, particles won't see because motion is invisible

while we run

the particles will invisible

This is called Invisible Motion.
