Because we live in Earth.
So when earth rotates, we also rotate,
But for gravitational force we not feel the earth's rotation.

We don't feel it partly because of gravity and partly because of the velocity.
The velocity with which the earth spins is very slow as compared to its size, so we are not able to feel it in a short time but we notice the diffrence in long period of time(day and night)

Because earth is a solid....and it has
A very large diameter....meaning it is very large
Everything around us has a gravitational force.....but due to a small size, the effects of its gravitational force are not visible..
The size of earth is so big that its gravitational force is large enough to keep us stuck ti it...we cannot go much far away from the ground ourselves even by jumping as high as we can
