We know that proteins are denatured when at high temperatures. What about when we cook them and eat them?

As we Know n u told proteins are denatured at high temperature but this criteria is don't followed in cooking as we cook food that contain proteins not proteins alone.The food stuff itself takes a major part of heat n protein thus not denatured in them.
