We know that the value of under root 2 i.e. 1.414.... and so on to which we can't represent on number line . While according to Pythagoras theorem it can be done.how it's possible?

look here, first draw a line of 1 CM from A (which is 1).
Name the line AB. now join point B to 0. there you have a right angled triangle.
Now with 0B as measurement, draw an Arc, lying between 1 and 2.
That is √2 or 1.414..
