We know that there is a huge amount of atmospheric pressure acting on us (approximately 105

pascal). But we do not experience its effect. Why?

Explanation:

the reason is that air inside our body like in lungs and stomach exerts an equal pressure outward so we don't feel any pressure as outward pressure equals inside pressure.

the total pressure exerted by atmosphere is 14.7 pounds per square inch

Answer:

A large amount of atmospheric pressure acts on us but we do not experience its effect because the internal body pressure or blood pressure is greater in amount than the external atmospheric pressure.

For this reason the internal body pressure or blood pressure neutralizes the effect of the external atmospheric pressure.

That's why we do not feel any kind of excessive weight among us due to external atmospheric air pressure.
