We measure the period of oscillation of a simple pendulum. In In successive measurements, the readings turn out to be 2.63 s, 2.56 s and 2.42 s. Calculate the mean absolute error.​

mean=( 2.63+2.56+2.42)/3

=>7.61/3= 2.5366 or 2.54(app.)

now subtract the given value from mean value and after that ,take only magnitude and again find mean .
