You should respect people who have earned your respect. People my age have no right to assume anyone will love us or respect us.
People I respect the most are people who aren’t trying to gain my respect. They’re busy contributing to society and their loved ones because they want to. People gain my respect for doing something for others with no expectations others will repay them.
Respect people because they care for you and love you or have benefited society in a positive manner.
Concentrate on being the best you that you can be. Do this and people will respect you.
