Here's the solution.

At the second "=" sign (i.e third line), the formulas used are:

cos C + cos D =
2.cos [(C+D)/2].cos[(C-D/2)]

And, sin C + sin D =
2.sin [(C+D)/2].cos[(C-D/2)]
