We observe that wheels of buses and trucks are wider than the wheels of car or scooter.Why?

Because the wider wheels of trucks and buses provide more surface area and this helps to reduce pressure on the ground as first only their weight is too much but cars and scooters do not carry much weight so they have comparatively thin wheels.

Trucks and buses carry large load so the bigger wheels are required ....... wheras scooters and car do not carry much load as compared to trucks , lorries or buses.
