we often do not understand when our words or actions hurt people should we think twice before making a distasteful remark about a person

“Sticks and stones will break my bones, but words will never hurt me.” It is a popular saying and i have also heard it at many places and at many circumstances.But words do hurt people when the mode of conveying them changes like if it is yelled or said silently.Both are totally different.But the pain that u make in a persons heart is so huge that it can never be cured.Once u used the words means u cant talk it back even if u reverse the time.So make sure that the words which come out of ur mouth due to stress or anyother reason must be controlled at any cost.Because these words can even break ur reationship with ur family or ur best buddy.So im saying this because i have experienced this myself and believe me or not it hurts so much now that im unable to fix it.
