• When the clothes are removed during the winter season the friction by removing them between our hands and the cloth causes some exchanging or transferring of electrons between the two which causes the small spark between them.
• In atmosphere there are free floating charges available which gather  around regions where they can accumulate like fingers and when the fingers run through clothes or blankets they cause spark.
