As we know that C is more in our atmosphere when we breathe the carbonn enters into our body and turns to CO2 this gas isn't useful for us so when we respire it goes out.

in the process of making energy....our cells take oxygen and use it in combustion reaction to produce energy.....co2 is the by product of that combustion reaction...our cells release this co2 in our blood and it eventually gets released into the air through lungs during respiration
