Money can not buy all the goods and services a person may need to live well:
1) High income is necessary but with high income some other non material things are necessary like job security, respect from others, etc.
2) A person is offered high income job but no job security the person may not agree to do job.
3) A person have less income but their is job security, medical facilities, etc, then the person may agree to do the job.
