we say that blood is a connective tissue. blood contains wbc,rbc,plasma,platelets,ect, out of which wbc are the only mature cells. the work of connection is done by plasma, rbc and platelets which are not mature cells and plasma is a non living thing. tissue is defined as a group of cells so how can blood be categorized as connective tissue ​
