example of +ve => if a car moves in a straight road from initial position to final position.
example of -ve => if a car moves back from its initial position.
example of 0 => if a car starts from its initial position and come back from final position to initial.

Yes, we can say that displacement can be +ve, -ve or 0.

\textbf{Positive Case }:

Displacement can be +ve in case it will don't retrace its path.

For example, if an object moves from A to B and then from B to C in straight line then displacement is from A to C in straight line.

\textbf{Zero Case }:

Displacement is said to be zero in case object returns to its starting position.

For example, if an object move from A to B and again from B it reaches A, then it will show the displacement zero.

\textbf{Negative Displacement }:

Displacement is said to be negative when the final point is opposite to the starting point.
