we say that solid are more elastic than gases then why the elastic limit for gases does not exist ?

Answer:

Solid have the highest inter-molecular force of attraction and they have least inter-molecular space between molecular and gases have the least inter-molecular force of attraction and also possesses highest inter-molecular space between molecules.Hence elastic of solid is more and gases is least.
