Viruses are considered as half living and half dead organisms ever known to mankind that's why they are not said ti be considered as a cell. They have half RNA strands so that is why they show no cellular response to be considered as living but when they enters a host body their RNA combines with our cells nucleus and controls the whole hostage cell.
