Well Stars are not visible in the morning is not because of clouds. Its because of sunlight. At night sunlight doesn't reach the earth so stars can be seen only in the night

It does. spend some time looking at the night time sky. Especially if the moon is out so you can make out some of the clouds. you can see if the clouds move across the moon watch any stars that they're near to the moon
