We should not try to observe the solar eclipse with naked eyes as it can damage our eyes.
HOW IT CAN DAMAGE ?
=> During the time of Solar Eclipse , it is dark zone in our surroundings, and at that time our pupil tries to open as wide as possible, thus allowing the light directly into the eye ,more than normal day.
=> This way it can ruin our eyes since our eye lacks ability to handle the power of sunlight when our pupil widens it's Area.
=> Hence, we cant read any books, stories, newspapers, etc properly with the affected eye.
ILL Efeccts on eye :
=>Increase in rate of ageing on outer layers of eye.
=> Development of Cataracts
=> Retinal Burns, damaging the images our brain can view ( Eclipse Blindness) due to damage in light sensitive rod and cone cells.
DANGER :
=> We can't even get any symptom when our retina burns or in Eclipse Blindness occurs as our eye lacks pain receptors which can't give messages to our brain.
So, What to be done?
=> That's why it is adviced, to never look at a sun at the time of solar eclipse ,without proper scientific equipment and techniques.
=> So, to Enjoy the solar Eclipse and to look through it, We should wear "ECLIPSE GLASSES"
=>And without " Eclipse Glasses ", The most appropriate time to see the sun safely with naked eyes is during a TOTAL ECLPISE when the moon completely covers the disk of the sun.
